  • Rotate Jewellery: Regularly rotate your pieces to minimize wear and tear.
  • Friction Avoidance: Avoid wearing your jewellery during activities that could cause friction or impact.
  • Application of Products: Apply perfumes and lotions before putting on your jewellery to avoid discolouration and damage.
  • Regular Inspections: Check your jewellery periodically for loose stones, wear or damage. Address any issues promptly to prevent further problems.
  • Pat Dry: After cleaning or if your jewellery gets wet, pat it dry to prevent water spots and tarnishing.
  • Remove Before Sleeping: Take off your jewellery before sleeping to prevent damage.
  • Replating: If tarnishing or significant wear occurs, have your jewellery replated by a professional to restore its appearance.

Our Shipping Policy is extremely simple and we have endeavoured to make it even more transparent. We have partnered with India Post and other renowned couriers to find the best and fastest way of delivering the product to you. Once your jewellery is ready for shipment, we hand over the packed shipment to either Blue Dart or India Post.

How long would it take for the shipment to be delivered?

It usually takes about 6-7 days for the shipment to reach you in India. Please keep in mind that all logistics companies and the postal service deliver during working hours and during weekdays, so we would advise you to make someone available to receive the shipment during such hours/day at the Shipping Address mentioned in your Order.

Is there a transit risk?

Once we hand over your parcel to Blue Dart or India Post, we take no responsibility for the same. We are more than confident that a global leader such as Blue Dart will surely be able to deliver your parcel. And yes, to date, they have never failed us.

RETURNS

We are happy to offer a 7 -day return policy for unused and unworn items that still have the tag attached. We do not offer refunds/credit notes on Personalized items, Sale Items, and Free Gifts unless there is a product defect.

To process a return/exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Keep all items (INCLUDING the invoice) in a package and address it to the following: Chandrani Pearls Pvt. Ltd., 2016 Rajdanga Main Road, Block GA88, Kolkata 700107, West Bengal
  2. Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
  3. Email us at info@boldnitalic.com with images of the products with packaging and tags to schedule a return pick up.

Please note the following important processes, once you have initiated a return pick-up:

  1. Subsequent to us approving the return pick up based on the images you have shared, your package will be picked up by our courier partner within 7 business days (Not including Sunday). In certain cases, a pickup fee may apply.
  2. A pickup will be done once (which includes 3 attempts by the delivery partner). Incase the pickup is cancelled by the customer, additional charge will be levied for initiating pickup again.
  3. COD Orders: Once the item is received by us, we will refund the amount of that item as STORE CREDIT in your account. The coupon code and store credit will be valid for 1 year from the date of its issuance and can be used to shop for any item on the website. PLEASE NOTE: that while Store Credit can be used partially, your coupon code must be used all at once.
  4. Prepaid Orders: Once the item is received by us, we will either refund the amount of that item via the initial payment mode (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank account) within 3-5 business days or offer store credit into your account, as per the customer’s choice.
  5. Please allow at least 12-15 business days for the entire return process to be completed.

 

WARRANTY

Currently, we provide a 6 month warranty on personalized name products. If your product fades within 6 months of purchase, we will replace it for you free of charge. You can email our customer service at info@boldnitalic.com to get your product replated.

 

EXCHANGES

You can exchange an item purchased on https://boldnitalic.com/ with the same item or another item, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

 

CANCELLATIONS

We only accept cancellations within 12 hours from the time that the order is placed. To cancel an order, please contact us by sending an email at info@boldnitalic.com with your order number within 12 hours or call us at 033-40314444

 

REFUNDS

5. Refunds: We are confident you’ll love our products! That’s why we offer a 100% refund on prepaid orders* if you’re not completely satisfied.

   5.1. If you are eligible for a refund based on our return policy, the refund will be processed using the original payment method after we receive the returned item and verify its condition.

   5.2. Refunds for cash-on-delivery (COD) orders will be processed through bank transfer or store credit, depending on your preference. We will refund the amount of that item as STORE CREDIT in your account.
